Anti Covid-19 measures

Your health and safety are the first priority for us

We are committed to planning and taking all important measures to ensure health and safety.

Hygiene and cleanliness
All surfaces and contact points are disinfected and cleaned several times a day with detergents and disinfectants specified by Government protocols.
All public spaces are ventilated several times a day and door seats and handles are disinfected several times a day. A minimum distance of 1 metre is maintained in all common rooms. There are several hand sanitizer dispensers in the hotel. All linen (sheets, towels, bathrobes, etc.) is professionally cleaned at high temperature by an external cleaning service.

Wellness & Spa
The wellness centre is now open as usual. Treatments and massages must be booked in advance. The wet and dry area (Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi and other indoor areas) is open too, and according to safety protocols it is disinfected and cleaned after each use. You need to book your entrance in advance.

Breakfast & dinner
Breakfast is currently served at the buffet (you can choose what you like from the main buffet and the waiter will take your choice at your table). The dinner will be, as usual, served at the table with a à-la-carte menu.

Outdoor swimming pool
The outdoor swimming pool is open to guests and the rules for spacing will be observed (max. 30 persons in the pool), keeping sunbeds and parasols at a greater distance than usual. The numbering of sunbeds and parasols will also be maintained in order to assign each room a fixed place for the entire holiday. The sunbeds are disinfected daily with alcoholic solution.

Rooms are cleaned and disinfected as by protocols. We kindly ask you to open the windows once you’ve checked out.

How far is the lake? What about downtown?

The hotel is right on the lake, the swimming pool borders the beach. The centre of the village is less than a km away, and you can easily reach it on foot; you can also book a taxi at the reception to get to the centre.

Is the hotel in a quiet area?

Certainly. The hotel is surrounded by a large garden that ensures peace and quiet, it borders the lake for the entire eastern perimeter, and is far from the main road, which can be very busy in summer.

Do I run the risk not to find a place for my car in high season?

Absolutely not. We guarantee one parking space for each room booked, free of charge. If you prefer to have your car covered, we can reserve a place in the garage; in this case we suggest you book it in advance, because we don’t have many places available.

When the weather is bad, what can I do?

How are the check-in and check-out policies?

Check-in is scheduled from 2pm, but if you would like to come earlier, you are welcome! If you’ll arrive early you can have breakfast at a special price, while if you’ll come in the morning you can start your holiday relaxing by the pool or at the bar, waiting for your room to be ready. We give priority to guests arriving early, so we’ll try to get your room ready quickly.

For check-out we kindly ask you to leave your room by 10am. In low season or in case of availability, we can extend this time but we ask you to contact the reception have a confirmation. In any case, once you have left the room, you can stay with us: you can use your sunbeds in the pool until 12pm for free, and if you intend to stay for lunch you are welcome!
